The arraignment for two ex-University of Miami football players accused of raping a fellow student on campus has been delayed again.
Prosecutors, asking for more time to decide whether to file formal charges, asked a judge to push back the hearing to Oct. 1. A first arraignment hearing in August was also pushed back.

They admitted to giving her alcohol and sleeping with her, not raping her. The school is so paranoid about their image they threw them under the bus without letting things play out.
They might not even be charged.

They should've been suspended from the team indefinitely while remaining in school until the case was resolved.

And now the SA isn't even sure they're going to be charged, because a college kid saying he raped someone doesn't mean he actually raped someone. Rape is a legal term of art and it doesn't surprise me that a 20 yr old kid might not actually know what it really means.
As for the OP, who ****ing cares? How many wins does this get UM? How many losses does it get UF? None? OK. Some of you would really hate this team if you knew the way some of our players actually behaved.
