Did that clown really just say he's so tired of people crying about running the score up. He & Palmer both said if you don't like it...stop them.
Uh, same guy who led the charge against Miami's 58-7 beat down of ND in Gerry Faust's last game. Whatever hypocrite.

It's not cool to run up the score when your team is filled with "thugs". Only when it's filled with white dudes. Didn't you know?

I was thinking the exact same thing! But he did go on to say that, "I'm so over that." I took it as him saying that he used to get mad, but he's changed his ways.

He had the over for total points, if he had under he would have been appalled.

I was like WTF. This dude used to crush us for running up the score. I used to like him.
 
I was at that game - 58 -7 and LOVED it. The other *** who spoke up was and ex ND
coach, whining. JJ told them the same thing, sort of "what am supposed to tell my 2nd
string not to score ?"
 
I just like him for his line opening up the FSU game a few years ago.

Yes, even though CBS made a lot of money broadcasting Miami games in the 80s, he was always seemingly in the other team's corner. Just take a look at the 1988 game on You Tube:
