Mullen is a climber. Every year at MSU, he was trying to get a better job. He'd probably be better off in the NFL because he doesn't like to recruit.

EXACTLY. Without Trask, Pitts, Toney, and Grimes it'll be a big regression. The recruiting and portal is also going to catch up next season. They have no depth on defense.

I have a hard time viewing Mullet as an NFL guy, he's such a cornball. Tough to imagine Owners/GM's and players giving him the time of day.

If we're being honest, this is probably Mrs. Mullet pulling some strings behind scenes. She's obviously not fulfilled by the 85 limp-****'s on UiF's roster, so she's looking go move up to the big leagues and never walk right again.

I'm sure he would love an NFL job but do you really think some teams are genuinely interested? His resume is good but not amazing IMO.
