Mullen is a much better OC than a HC, but I’m not sure his ego will allow him to accept that at this point. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he uses this to get another, “better,” HC job in 2026.

To get alumni to pony up… they think because it worked at Colorado (they were in the same boat when Deion came) that it will spark huge fundraising. The only thing is the better win games

The funny **** in this is what makes you think it worked at Colorado? They've just this far been real lucky the sponsor money they've had coming in from the living,breathing billboard. But they chose paying him over making a real commitment to their program. They pick and choose who they go after now cause they're short on funds

Oh I agree 100%… they’ve gotten a band aid fix. And when Deion is gone in 2 years they’ll be right back to where they were.
