As a big Harbaugh fan (dating to his 49ers days) this season eerily reminds me of Michigan’s 2020 season. They got boat raced by Wisconsin and Indiana, didn’t win a home game and fortunately had their last three games canceled. He took a massive pay cut to keep his job.

Yet two years later they’re one of three teams to only have one loss combined the next two years.

Harbaugh replaced 6 of 10 assistants, went with younger more energetic coaches who could relate to the players, completely changed the defensive scheme and altered the offense with three new coaches, and empowered the players through a leadership council.

Importantly he worked closely with Warde Manual and others in the AD to think through these changes. Hopefully Radakovich and Zo can be helpful. Radakovich certainly saw Dabo make similar changes to turn things around on both sides.
