it was a problem in 2007 and 2012 and will be again in 2016/2017 after the 2016 class falls apart and the 2015/2016 classes are the core of the roster

Meanwhile, Burns has one interception in two full seasons, Carter hasn't done squat, A. Crawford hated his guts, D. Crawford was invisible last season, Howard has been in the doghouse since 2013.
