In order of priority:
Dean -- He'll be counted on to start day 1. It's dire at this point.
Slaton -- He may not start, but he would definitely be in the rotation.
Edwards -- Tons of question marks in the secondary. We need to start developing talent at FS/CB ASAP.
Conliffe/Mathis -- There could be a mass exodus of DTs next year, which could undo all of the gains we're making on defense. We need another guy here, and not a JAG.
Smith/Pouncey/McMath -- I like Evidence, but big whiffs here. There's nothing solidified after Richards, so a true frosh could conceivably fight for first team status. Cager/Mullins/Berrios/Harris have to step up.
Herbert -- With Donaldson, Brown, and the emergence of St. Louis, OT has stabilized a bit. Still need to stack chips, but I wouldn't expect Herbert to play early.
McFarland -- I love his talent, but Walton is solid and Homer is promising. You throw in Burns and Choc, and we're okay here.
At this point I'm not much confident in anything, but I think we land Dean, Slaton, and McFarland. That leaves us in okay shape for next year, but could create big issues down the road.
