Seems that posters are (logically) annoyed that our institution does not focus enough on winning, but is willing to destroy their schools reputation by covering up illegal activities to best help the team.

My assumption is that some people get circumcised, but a mistake happens that is the cause of your and RVA's refusal to think like a logical male.

Of course, who am I to say. I'm just one of the plethora of individuals trying to help you think like discerning adults free from naive belief of a message board poster at the detriment of what we all believe is an institution (The U) so afraid of the cutting edge that we empirically stink of late.
