Most explosive offense in the country?

BOOM! Here it is! Been waiting to start reading this for twenty odd years now. Baby steps the first I've seen it mentioned, hopefully we get to see it more:

"Which team has the most explosive offense in the country? Rittenberg: ...Miami ranks third nationally at 8.66 yards per play, thanks to electric quarterback Ward, a deep group of backs and wide receivers and an "elite" offensive line.

Like a few have mentioned I doubt we keep this pace because we dont play that fast all the time and teams will get better.

But I do think we will be top 15...and unlike past years I dont see 4-5 games where we have multiple 3 and outs in a row. I think even our "bad drives" will get our defense a rest, get 20-30 yards to reverse the field if needed, etc. So even that is a massive victory for this program.

But I do hope a defense gives us a few fits sooner rather than later so the staff can adjust quickly.

Tenn is set for a couple of years at least with that kid, they struck gold.

Havent seen a ton of Tennessee and not denying that kid is good and theyre set, but hasn't their offense thus far been completely centered on a crazy run game?

Im interested to see Tenn vs Oklahoma. I think Oklahoma is solid. Tenn has impressive numbers but the schedule has been bad so far. NC State was really only down 10-3 at half (It was 17-3 but one was an Int for a TD). So lets see what Venebles cooks up for them. If they drop another 50 piece it is setting up for 2 big ones late for them vs Bama and UGA.

I think some of you guys need to chill. Miami will be in close games this year and I can already see a lot of you losing your **** because you think this team is just better than everyone after FAMU and BAll ST. you guys have to know better. I agree it looks different currently but the season starts Saturday. 20yrs of data has me in wait in see mode still. I want to see this team get its nose bloody and see how they respond, its inevitable to happen.
Def expect us to get slowed down at times vs ACC opponents
