Bagel Emporium is moving to near Ponce & Bird Road...

TO MAKE ROOM FOR STUDENT HOUSING?!

Not sure if anyone has more solid details, but I am very happy if UM is finally expanding to the other side of US-1...for many reasons...including the fact that this puts Mario Mansion even closer to "campus"...

We all know how easy it is to get construction projects through Coral Gables. Anyone know how that meeting went?
