So $200 dollars?$100 says #15 for Miami goes in the 1st round
Hate to say it but good chance we miss on all 3. Stewart will be Bama-UGA and LSU battle, Jones-Will b everyone and they momma battle, Jackson- really wants to get out of the state. That will be a Clemson, OSU battle. We might have to settle for Anderson and somebody else. If Miami can pull even one of the 3 listed above I'll give TRob and Chaney whatever they want.@Shemar Stewart @Marvin Jones Jr @Kenyatta Jackson
Objectively speaking...I think thats a tough one to answer. I think Jaelen is without a doubt the higher floor "safer" pick...but GR's ceiling is through the roofIf you were a GM, who are you betting on to have the better NFL career? Greg Rousseau or Jaelan Phillips? I think I'll go Greg due to his size and length. But I'd be ecstatic to get either guy.
We will be the first team to have two defenders that wore the same number drafted in the first round. Too bad they can't both go at 15.$100 says #15 for Miami goes in the 1st round
I’ll take the other side of your view. Rousseu is a more unique ability set for the nfl, imo. Longer, more lean, more leverage, more agility. yes, he’s rawer. But with practice, rousseau has the potential to be a better, rarer player. Id take gr over phillips for sure (big caveat: subject to combine etc.).Phillips >>> Rousseau
Rousseau is a very raw prospect right now especially as an edge rusher. I see his future as a 5-Tech but he needs to put on weight. His best work came from rushing inside. Phillips has much better technique, better hands, etc. Phillips is better in pretty much every aspect. He’s more developed and if he hadn’t had a history of concussions, he’d be a top 5 pick. Numerous draft experts has said he’s the best pass rusher in the draft. Kid is a stud and will be a stud in the NFL assuming he stays healthy. Sucks he won’t be available come pick 22 for my Titans because we desperately need a pass-rusher.
He had concussion issues - that’s what led to his retirement at UCLA. That’s what was reported anyhow.I think his "questions" are blown out of proportion. Yes, his time at UCLA was a mess but he changed his whole body, produced, and balled out at Miami. Unless he has concussion issues (thought I remember someone saying that before he transferred), I think he loves football and Miami brought it out of him. Someone is going to get a steal in the mid to late first round.
87 from penn state is nice. Hunter long, I don’t see the athleticism. Pitts proved all he needed too..Brevin imo will impress at the combine/pro day with his movement skills and route running . His height and length will be the determining factor Imo. But as of now it looks likeBrooks TE Rankings
1) Kyle Pitts, Florida
2) Pat Freiermuth, Penn State
3) Hunter Long, Boston College
4) Brevin Jordan, Miami
5) Tre' McKitty, Georgia
