Moral of the story

We have 3 qbs that are really close. So says the coaches.

That doesn't mean that you take the chance of his being hurt

I don't mind his facing the 1st team D to feel top flight pressure.. but NO hitting the QB.

We can't afford the loss of any of them....especially in practice

Have the QB go live in practice against the number 1 defense during spring. This shouldn’t have been a surprise to the coaching staff.

Did you watch the spring game? I did. Same thing happened then too. It doesn't matter that JW was getting sacked 10 times in practice. It still happened during the game.

The trouble is that are o-line was able to do a good job against are d-line in practice. It gave the coaches a false sense of security and hope that they were able to hold down the fort. That did not work because the Gators DEs were better in the game then they were used to blocking in practice. It sure was a huge surprise to me. Sure this will **** a lot of fans off but sometimes the truth hurts.

I couldn't agree more and don't give 2 shats who gets their feelings hurt. I didn't see anything in that game that says otherwise. Our DL Damm sure didn't look other worldly, as evidence by the only 1 measly sack on UF dominate OL. (sarcasm).

the issue isn't letting them go live or not, its the coaches eval of the OL (specifically T) from the spring and summer. i can't imagine they were watching what we saw saturday all offseason and said those are the guys
