You know what it ******* crazy. The year Shannon got fired we were number 1 and 2 in the ACC on offense and defense. Lol and it was a dumpster fire. What is that saying about is now? Let's not kid ourselves. UL is going to some crap bowl in Boise and play Idaho.

I wanted to believe the hype. I desperately wanted to believe the fake hype and phony swag.

This doesn't make me happy. This isn't me crapping on the players. This is just pointing out evidence that the staff is out of their league. Please. Try to refute that claim. Sure....Kaaya could use another game or two to catch on. But why do we need to run it so often with Duke getting stuffed?

What happened to all of the "we dem boyz", "we run dis", "we gonna wreck them" BS being spoken. Let's show some competence on both sides of the ball in a single quarter before we start believing we are anything more than a 7-5 team. ****...we could go 6-6.

Hi my name is Tre....and I am a mope. There I said it. I have refrained from bashing this staff (I did bash Dorito after last year) and have chosen, until now to try to be optimistic. Unfortunately the proof is in the pudding. This Staff...AG, Dorito, Don Kehote, the Semenhole Cubanito etc, they have all reached Patric Nix status in my book. They should not be allowed back on campus. Fire this staff!!!!!

BTW here is my new avatar

Only FBS team in the nation worse than Miami (1-13) in Week 1 on third-down? FIU. 1-16. from Tim Reynolds

Hey Guysm, our mopery and complaining about today's loss is going to be seen by recruits. Lets be careful what we say.

Can't even make up some of the dumb **** that has been said on this site.

i dont think AG will be around in for another year so doesnt make a difference. I really starting to think kids might transfer out if our staff stays.

Team would be better off watching Varsity Blues and letting Ryan ****ing Williams coach them up. We have so much more talent than Lousivillee it's ****ing staggering

More talent? We obviously didn't watch the same game

I posted this on the gameday forum, since this was locked, even an hour after the game:

I dare someone to defend Golden

-He has surrounded himself with horrible coaches

-He's an average gameday coach at best (and that's me being very, very, very polite)

-His decision to start a true freshman on the road against Louisville on primetime is very questionable. Kaaya has physical tools, and I have no doubt that he's a "better quarterback" than Jake Heaps. That does not mean in this game that he gives the team a better chance to win than Jake Heaps does. The stage, right now, is too big for Brad Kaaya. We start with FAMU or Arkansas State, or even if the Louisville game was in Miami, you can start Kaaya. This game? Kaaya is clearly not ready. It's evident from his play, and it's evident from Coley's playcalling. If you're going to baby him with your playcalling, you don't start him. It's that simple.

-The personnel decisions were atrocious. Crawford over Carter? Fentress over anyone, unless we're up or down 40? Duke coming out on 3rd and 1 in a close game? Unless you're dead, you tell his *** to stay in the ******* game. This wasn't after 10 straight carries or a 50 yard run. Not playing Waters until the game was over? Not playing AQM at all? If he's suspended, be a man and come out and say it.

-Once again, Louisville (and every team we play) is more amped up, shows more emotion than we do. We weren't embarrassed the way we were last year, but other than a few guys, on a few plays, we just looked like a normal team in a normal game. I won't say we were flat, but we did not match their intensity.

-The "mind games" and "psychology ****" is getting old. Stop it. No one is buying it, not the players, not the fans, not the media (outside of Zagacki, Beast and Bailey, Jr.). If AQM is suspended, be a man and say it. Don't just not play your best pass rusher. You're not ******* Bellicheck, stop with the no depth charts, and no info crap. Man up, d-bag. You suspend someone, tell us.

-Win a ******* game instead of a ******* slogan. Enough with this crap. The fans are done with it. We don't give a **** about "renewed" or whatever the **** it is now. We want wins. A lot of us were done with this crap last year, and some the year before. You're a ******* used car salesman, and a bad one at that.

-Unfortunately, I have a feeling it's not going to take a lot to lose this team. We'll beat FAMU, and we should beat Arkansas State, but they are one of the better Sun Belt, small FBS teams, and if our offense is still a pile of ****, they can come in and do what Louisiana-Monroe has done to Arkansas and Alabama (Nick Saban led Alabama). We'll lose to Nebraska and probably at least one of UNC/Duke/GT. Obviously we're losing to FSU and VT, so we're looking at 6-6 or 7-5 this year. This could get ugly. I don't think Blake James has the balls to get rid of Golden, which is a shame, but this could be Randy 2010 bad (which, if you remember, wasn't horrible record wise).

-Crowds are going to be pathetic. Next week might be decent because it's the home opener and FAMU will probably bring 15,000 fans, but it still won't top 40-45,000. Arkansas State won't top 25,000 (actual fans, they'll announce 45,000 since they sold 31K season tickets, and they count hotdog vendors). If we lose to Nebraska, we won't get more than 20K actual fans for Duke. It'll be Randy in 2010 vs South Florida bad.

-Golden's only hope is that he keeps the recruiting class together and that he can win on talent alone, like Coker did from '01-'03, though we don't and won't have that much talent.

Kaaya is clearly not ready. It's evident from his play, and it's evident from Coley's playcalling. If you're going to baby him with your playcalling, you don't start him. It's that simple.

We aren't good enough to run the gameplan we had going into last night w/ any kind of success.

I've been called a Mope so many times here.

So many slurpers complained about my negativity here that I was limited to ten posts per day, and can't start any threads.

Yet I've never said one discouraging word about any player. I've always said Golden and crew are in over their heads. I tried to point out indicators and statistics that indicated these guys were tanking our program.

After tonight, I guess I don't look so damned stupid, do I?

I got Thunderdome'd and took a long self hiatus knowing that today was coming. I really feel bad for these players that were sold a bill of goods from a shyster snake oil guru. We have so much talent going to waste on both sides of the ball.

These fkcing tards had Tyriq the freak out covering slot WR's in space....after all of the jokes that were had on Shayon Green's behalf. I feel really bad for these kids.

GD Dorito is straight KILLING kid's college careers!!

I did this as well.....I didn't so much as open this website during the entire offseason. The way last season ended left a bad taste in my mouth. To watch lastnights game and think that not a single thing had changed was very dissapointing. This staff says all the right things, Sunday thru Friday but look completely lost on gamedays. This is year 4 in the "Golden Era" and there's no sign that this team and/or program is ready to take that "next step," even worse, they may be satisfied with where they're at.

Nice uniforms, players graduating, no off field issues seems to be the measuring stick for success with this administration. IMO, this team will be lucky to get 5-6 wins and Golden will always have the answers.

But but but, "we didnt have duke last year when Louisville kicked our *** up and down the field." Louisville didnt have their best player on offense or their championship winning rb and still beat our ***, AGAIN!!! Foh
