I dont feel confident at all but there seems to be conflicting sources about recruitments and details.

I don't feel confident because I don't think that this recruiting strategy will benefit us.

He (Stevenson) is signing Wednesday, so we'll know soon.

He's going to try to keep it quiet until the official announcement at the AA game on 1/5, but it'll leak well before then. If a LOI gets faxed into Coral Gables or Athens on Wednesday, someone will find out.

You'll find out when you start seeing offers going out. The respective schools will respect his decision. But they're not going to hold off on extending offers. And when those kids announce "Bless to receive an offer from Miami/UGA", you'll know where TS signed.

Got ya but we won 10 last year. We shouldve kept atleast 1 of Jobe, Campbell and Surtain. Thats what I meant by locking down SFL. Not gonna get all 3 of the top DBs but you should get atleast 1 of the 3 and not lose 2 too Bama.

But, we DID have a very strong recruiting class last year when it was said and done. Best WR, DT and RB in the state, plus scads of other studs including OL. If Richt underperforms this year and just goes 10-2 regular season (which is under preforming from what we should have done this year), we still rack up more of these studs and everyone isn't doing the Chinese fire drill. TO recruit well in SoFL is very easy on the actual recruiting end of things for Miami - win 10 or more and you get a stud class. win 12 and you're beating Sabag on some kids. Go 7-5 with this defense, and... you get this.

You wonder why recruiting is dead? The Legend told you gentlemen immediately after the game that the UVA game was the end. He lost the fans, and, as a result, he lost everything. And, once again, Ledge was right.

Here’s what teams recruiting against us have: Doddering old coach who acts like he’s counting the days till he officially retires; Fake OC called Bizarro Tomlin who calls players cancers every week publicly; 7-5 record and Folden level toxicity; panic hire of two interns to run the defense in an attempt to sign one or two guys (1 of those guys doesn’t even care that UbaGA HAS NO DC AT ALL); bags flying everywhere.

It’s a mess. And Rick standing pat and digging his heels in is no different than what Folden did with Doritos. When you do that, and you continue failing, the fans down here go nuts.

Rick is running this program into the ground with every stupid and lazy decision he makes. How is he not being held accountable?

The athletic director is supposed to hold Richt accountable. Our AD is hands off (ie he doesn't know what he's doing), so that's why you don't have anyone holding Richt's feet to the fire.

The parallels are similar. You forgot to mention that Brown is calling players cancers that he and this staff recruited. That's the even more damning part.

We said 2018 was the best class but surprised that those talents weren't ready yet. Or that our last second qbs have sputtered. Like, think about what Miami need from jump with Richt, then think objectively on how long it takes for a program not named Bama, Clemson or OSU to get there. Really not sure why everyone is so fuggin surprised. Everything is done in due time not our time.

We lost to UVA, Duke and GT. How many years we need to be able to score 21 against those legendary defenses?
