Honestly I think he hates his job. He's usually negative when talking about Miami - I get the feeling he can't find something else better and is fed up with dealing with our fanbase.

Funny thing is Andy Staples left and they went scrambling for 2 months without a direction and the product they're putting out now without him is ***.
