Watched both. Nice comparison. The first one with Moffit is the portrayal of a professional assassin, a guy you would run through a wall for, and who you would trust to know more than you in terms of S&C and who will take you to the verge of ****. The second portrays a nice guy that you might chat up at Planet Fitness to get a few pointers on whether or not you can use the Smith Machine to bench. The contrast in those two videos says so much about why this program is the dumpster fire it is. I have no belief that Moffit is coming here of course, but almost anyone will be an upgrade over the incompetent bumbling corch in the 2nd video.
