Mock game highlights from this Friday... SIAP

Not much newsworthy from the clips. The only few things I saw worth mentioning, such as Zion was out there on a couple of clips, so maybe he will be ready for next week. It also appears that LT-56 was playing with the two-deep defense. I will have to watch again to see if there is anything else worth mentioning

Team looks faster than it’s been in a very long time.
I thought Stevenson was just saying positive stuff for the interview but the clips of the scrimmages look like he ain’t lying.

Bro, how could u possibly tell that w/ all the ffwd clips? Lol. Literally every run was a less than a sec highlight. I couldn’t keep up w/ chit. Lol. I think I saw Rambo catch a TD & Bolden pick off a pass on the same, **** highlight. Lol

Your right. Can’t quantify that sht at all.
But it keeps popping into my head every time this year.
Probably blind optimism.

Like why do we care that they had no pads, they supposed to. Are we trying to get them injured before the game? Even with pads they aint replicating what Bama is gonna bring. Im ready to see what we got this year

Where did you see? I watched closely but didn't see him. He's #60 I believe.

EDIT: I think he's blocking for King on his TD at the 12 second mark.

The attitude in making these vids is more along the lines of Cold War misinformation and espionage wrapped in the modern trappings of culturally relevant advertising.

In other words they don’t want to reveal anything, but they do want to put together a flashy, catchy, video with dizzying jump cuts where you can’t really tell anything that’s going on, but it seems like you’re getting a lot of action, without getting a lot of information.

I personally don’t have a problem with it. We’re not going to have a lot of advantages against Alabama and I guess they feel like why even give them any information in the slightest. Probably won’t make a difference but can’t hurt either.

I feel u. Lol. Just hearing posters intimate w/ the program, I’m going to assume we have gotten faster. However, what has appeared to be our problem has been game speed. Practice speed has been there, but when the pads come on in real game time, we look & play slow af. Even last yr. Next week will tell us a lot; it’s a great litmus test.

Yep. And the Chaney run at 0:22 seconds you can see Zion in the background.

Basically, you have to freeze the video frame by frame. This video is cut in a way that can make you dizzy watching it at regular speed. Seems they are trying to create excitement, but at the same time, not reveal too much to our first opponent
