Cmon man...no ones talking bout Clemson/Bama/OSU...just beat the middling teams in the mighty ACC.

Everybody losses to a middling team in their conference (except Bama) even when their program is considered elite... Ohio State Clemson Oklahoma etc.. you all make excuses for them but scream Fire Mark Richt when it happens to us??

You're comical i assume u only watch the condensed games on Youtube? Anyhow, we AREN'T relevant nor respectable. 3rd year and you still have cancers on the team? Still keep running a 1995 offense? and Ok PERRY has maturity issues along with other things but who evaluated that talent? What about the lack of will power and hustle from the team =CMR. Im not saying he needs to be fired but he needs to take a HUMBLE pie and POINT out his own issues as well.

You know - I seem to recall that the Mighty Saban lost to Louisiana Monroe while at the Mighty Alabama.

Urban has lost similarly. Every top coach has. Some day, the wheels just come off.

Haha this dude is clueless. Yes every coach will drop a game here and there...but multiple times in a season and over multiple seasons?? I would consider 31 schollies pretty major sanctions...Richt has a full allotment to work with. CMR has 18 years experience, Butch was a first timer WITH sanctions. And you failed to mention taking down #2 UCLA or ***** slapping UF in the Sugar Bowl. Bruh u tryin way too hard here.

The number one rated qb... That's your justification? Every quarterback looks good because Clemson tailored their offense to be simple enough to run, yet hard to defend.

I hate you wasted so much time pulling numbers that I didn't even bother look into. Nobody is arguing about Richt & Co. bringing Miami it's first ten win season in forever. The problem is that the same problems Georgia had under Richt have followed him to Miami. There is NO evidence to suggest the ceiling is any higher than 10-3.

This team has more talent than last year. A competent coaching staff would be undefeated right now with this team. A competent offensive coordinator would devise plays to get Thomas the ball more than 1 time vs Virginia.

If this type of season is your standard of Miami Football, I would expect you to defend it. But this is NOBODY'S standard. If Richt demands accountability and execution from the players, the fans should demand accountability and execution from the coach. Period.

And yet it doesn't stop people from suggesting fired coaches like: Butch Davis, Mike Leech, Lane Kiffin, or Mario Cristobol from being our next head coach. Having said that, we are left with options like Greg Schiano who got protested out of Tennessee a few months ago.

I honestly don't know a coach out there all of our fans would agree to. Even Dolphins fans would protest a Saban hire, I'm sure.

Nah. Even Bama lost to Ole Miss on consecutive years. As bad as our fans make Richt out to be, his past has been better than his present. The guy has a win over Saban, Meyer and Dabo. How many coaches can make that claim?

He needs to develop his play calling . He’s kid any better then golden just gets paid more with a better D cord . Kiffen is right in our back yard grab him why we can

How is this team less talented than last? Wouldn't that be considered regression? I don't consider it that, because I don't agree this team is less talented.

All the young players that had to play last year due to lack of depth returned. We are able to rotate and keep guys fresh. Last year, the depth and inexperience forced guys to play fatigued.
Another year of chemistry.
The only concern going into this year was the defensive line, after losing Thomas, Norton, and Macintosh. This team has been back and forth between #1 and #2 in TFL.
Secondary has more experience.

Last year, Miami lost to Pitt because 'the hurricanes effect on our schedule'.

This year, it's just another excuse. I'm done with excuses.

You know what gets old?
1)Losing.

2) Hiring coaches that are too stubborn to change their ways for the betterment of the U.

3) Having an inept Administration that continues to blow their load prematurely on coaches with contract extensions before they’ve really proven anything.

4) Fans who continue to live in an alternate universe where coaches aren’t blamed and players are thrown under the whole bus.

5) Losing to Pitt, Virginia and BC.

These things get old.
