Moar Evidence of 1 gap?? Hmmmm

You know what's gonna happen when the rubber meets the road. You think these ****holes are gonna suddenly change their spots after all these years of corching?

Once we get burned with one gap cuz we got slow DBS n they probably can't play press either, they going right bak to what they know. These coaches only showed that they do what they do for 5 years, they will not change no matter what. Even if we did our d will still b garbage IMO, all we have are names that's it. AQMmfor example is hyped on here like he's Reggie White and in his third year he hasn't done **** still. Prove it stop the talk show me, even then I'm done with this staff they can't recruit and that spells a recipe for disaster when coaching miami.

We always won with players not X's and O's and we lost to many elite guys from sfla to be what we were meant to be "dominant"
 
What makes anyone think that Al and D'No would be anymore effective at coarching a "more aggressive" 4-3 than what they're running. They "should" or they "might", doesn't mean they'll be good at it. I'm not buying it though, until I see it.

Exactly. It doesn't matter what front we line up in. Golden will always have a timid philosophy on defense; an absolute refusal to strategize or take the offense out of their comfort zone. If an offense runs the ball 90% of the time, he won't try take away the run and make them throw. If the offense only has one weapon in the passing game, he refuses to take him away. All in fear of "what if something else happens?"

AQM was suspended for his 2nd year. I hate Golden just as much as the next guy, but let's try to be consistent in our daily rants. Mmmmkay?
 
will they change?? I think if Mark and AL have heard enough from the reading/ listing to and radio or tv show they suck they suck bad..

seriously how do they not know that the fan base is very upset, so they decide to change and run what these kids know and have talent for..

They have nothing to lose but the their careers...I think they will change and improvement will follow.

They're too busy blaming "Me" guys, meaningless sanctions, and "no heart" current players to EVER self evaluate...even after they are properly escorted out of the facility with a quick stop at the dumpster for Al's binder and find themselves volunteer assisting on a pop warner team in NJ, they'll still think their ridiculous excuses were valid

My only hope is that his time with Saban taught him how to be a better coach, but we can do way better.

Exactly. IF Golden somehow lucks his way to 9 wins and an ACC championship game berth I'll deal with the larger consequences. 6 wins and that cautious patty cake defense is spirit killing. He wins 9 games and that guy is gonna get the **** out of here so fast. Perfect scenario is we have a good season, he looks like a coach on the rise again and he jumps to a big 10 school. Illinois would eat his BS right up.

Golden is a 10 win guy on his best day and will never out-coach any of the other elite coaches (Saban, Myer) who can also get elite talent. Our best case scenario is he wins a little, jumps ship, we get Butch or Gary Patterson and 2016 class stays together because of wins and quality of new coach.

You guys are counting on something that MIGHT happen. If Golden goes 9-3, he'd probably keep this job and it's nowhere near certain that he'd be offered another one. In fact, I'd say the odds are low. They guy who couldn't find another job a year ago, suddenly is wanted by other schools after going 9-3 at Miami? Please. If he did even better, say 10-2 or 11-1 (yeah right), that would probably elicit offers, but then there's a chance he decides to stay because he "has things going in the right direction." It's all very uncertain in my opinion if he reaches 9+ wins.

We need him gone now. Right now. And we don't need maybe. He has to go as soon as possible. The only way to ensure that is for us to have a bad season. That's it. It's the only way. I don't want a 5 or 6 win season either, but sit back, close your eyes and imagine the headline "Golden Out at Miami." Feel the rush of overwhelming joy and excitement. You jump up, pump your fist, and let loose a primal scream. Oh, you feel that? That is hope returning. Beating fsu, an acc championship, the playoff....all real possibilities with a new coach. Remember that we have a new president and with him comes the possibility of hiring a real coach. It's all a reality if we tank this season. It's only 3 months. Like ripping off a bandaid. Log out and log back in come January if you can't handle it.

Golden's problem is he and his have no intuition. They can never get a feel for the game. They can't anticipate.

They go in with a game plan, and that's it. They're worse than the 1980's Russian army. No variation from the plan.
