Greatest hit in the history of CFB, in my humble opinion. I remember it like it was yesterday. I literally thought that he had killed Vanover, who is still probably somewhere in the shadow realm.

You and me both. I remember watching that game live and I honestly thought Vanover was dead for a second.

Brutal hit. Still remember all of the screams and yells in the room when it happened.
 
And that hit was absolutely personal because Vanover played games with us during his recruitment and gave us the impression he was coming then flipped on us at the last minute. He ended up being a pretty good player in the end though. But that day we wanted his head.
 
As far as Toure is concerned..he is absolutely what I call a "National title" level player at his position. We can win it all with him at MLB.

Vanover returned the opening kick off
Barrow’s hit on Vanover
Shade tree had a big hit on Larry jones
And of course Wide Right II
 
The 1992 FSU game and the 2000 FSU game might have been the hottest games Ive ever been to and I am so glad we have cut down on 12pm kickoffs. BRUTAL. I use to miss the OB but **** NO. Thank god for HR and the club seats level where there is AC. LOL.

Facts! I legit was celebrating the hit, and then I saw Vanover not moving at all, and was legit concerned for him. Dude got hit by a freight train and was never the same after that.

The younger Canes fans may not know this, but Tamarick was a FR sensation, and was an electric player for the Holes, specially on KO returns. This one Barrow hit seemed to have done something to him that had long lasting effects. It was brutal.
