MNW QB Taron “Tyger” ****ens

I genuinely don’t get why we haven’t brought in a guy to at minimum in a worst case scenario to compete who has starting experience at the lower level moving up.

I don’t really care WHO it is if it’s ****ens, Ty Pennington, Braden Atkinson, etc… but like there was no ******* excuse to. It have one in place.

We literally did it with Cam Ward, we saw how important it ended up with Ole Miss…

5’11” 180 though? There’s no denying his stats are incredible but against lesser competition. The biggest question would be does it translate? He wouldn’t be expensive so he could come in and compete. I dunno man, I’m almost at the point where I’m like let’s just get Seaton, Wilson and have dudes everywhere, pound the rock, continue to dominate on D, let Mali work his magic in the short game, and let the chips stack where they may. It’s not ideal, but unless there’s someone out there we don’t know about we’re running out of options.

This!!! You always need the 2nd arm that can possibly win you a game or 3, in case your starter goes down.

He appears smaller than 5'11 and whilst I'm not QB guru, I think alot of his work will not translate against better competition. Alot of those completions and TDs look like interceptions at a higher level.
This is not to say he isn't a great baller and story, just not at the level UM competes against.
