Is he cutting em off yet?

OL has been my biggest disappointment along with Gattis and Steele
Not having Zion has forced a ton of other guys out of position and we don't have the talent or depth to overcome that right now

Yes, but we need Nelson.

He is our best OL, and he has hardly played all season.
That's equivalent to saying "need the best player for special olympics team".

Nelson playing/not playing changes nothing.

OL is AWFUL across positions. Until actual average, or better, players are brought in, Miami's misery will continue.

Zion isn't a mauler. Not sure he makes that kind of difference other than freeing up someone who possibly can be to take over for Oluwaseun (please do). 70 is tough to watch on a unit that has progressively become just that. Oof.

This. Zion doesn't blast holes in the run game and has looked really average in short stints this year. Having a healthy Zion in the lineup can only help, but it's not going to fix this problem.

1 guy is not going to drastically improve a an average yards per carry of <2 against AWFUL teams like MTSU and UNC. That's just bad football by the entire OL and staff.

No doubt. But people keep brushing aside Zion like he isn't the best o lineman on the team. His not being in the lineup isn't going to bode well.
He's the tallest guy at the midget convention?

Zion hasn't done **** here. Got raped as a Freshman. Less raped as a Soph. Was average last year and hasn't played this year.

For me the Zion project has been a failure. Last year D ends still ran around him like he was not even there. It sounded like if he was healthy Campbell still would have started at LT. It also seems like Clark has regressed at center.

Zion graded as the 2nd best Tackle in the country last 6 games of last year.

He was fantastic. It would allow Campbell to go to RT, Sacife(which graded as our best OL yesterday) back to RG where he was 2nd team ALL ACC last season.

But hey proceed with the narrative that Zion isn't that good, and starting a UNLV transfer doesn't impact the OL.
