I keep trying to wrap my brain around this, but I have no answers. how in the world has Penn State returned to glory before Miami, after what happened to that program? 3 coaches in 5 years, hellified sanctions, and defections from the team, left and right. After all that, this team is snipping at the heels on the fricken playoffs and a Big Ten Title

That team is young and talented, and Franklin has proven to be an excellent coach and motivator

One good year doesn't prompt a return to glory. Take it easy

I think MR is realizing and I've said it in my last video....miami is the toughest job in america

What Glory? A chance at winning the Big Ten? That's not Glory.

(I'm aware we haven't played for a conference championship)

Because Franklin is on his THIRD year while Richt is in year one? lmao.

Franklin went 7-6 his first year. And his second. You would have fired his *** before this year's "return to glory" if you were running PSU. Dumbass.

Penn St is overrated at 10-2 that won a lot of close games. They are a 8-4 team masquerading as a ten win team. I think they are a coin flip if they played UM. Heck Miami even beat a team that beat them. The are the equilavent if we went 10-2 and let's say won the FSU and ND games. The only difference between us and them is we lost our close games and they won their close games.

Penn State had the money to go out and make quality hires, even though the PR situation was a nightmare. They didn't hire a Larry Coker, or Randy Shannon they went out and got Bill O'Brien. O'Brien got them through the worst of the probation, and then he left for the NFL. PSU was able to then get the hot name James Franklin, who had won at freaking Vanderbilt. Combine that with the NCAA not holding them hostage for three years, it's not hard to believe that PSU with their resources would be able to string together a decent season. That said, the difference between them and Miami isn't that large right now, especially with the way Miami is playing right now. Penn State isn't a top ten team, their record is mostly a mirage.

Once again blame that hooker shalals for low balling sports to try to turn Miami into academic U.

It would not be a coin flip. We would **** them up.
