Diaz is a genius. He went from making 800k as a DC to 1.8 mil as the Temple HC, and without winning a single game parlayed that into a 3 million per year salary and what amounts to a 4 year guarantee at Miami. I'd call that a f#cking masterpiece. Maestro Diaz played Miami like a fiddle.
