Can someone explain how USF signed 8 Florida defensive linemen and FSU took two of our DL recruits from us?

Bethel isn’t moving back. We don’t play d ends at 285 lbs. all the quotes from coaches on our dt position mentioned bethel at dt. Zero talk of moving him. Your knowledge of UM and fb is laughable.

D Jack is my front runner at SDE if he is healthy. Regardless our top 3 at DE should be **** near interchangeable bc Jackson and Garvin compete too hard every snap to get washed in the run game even if they lack mass .
 
Our d ends are basically interchangeable. We don’t look for 280lb sde. Any of our ends can play any position.

Their defensive staffs had a plan and this crazy concept called a “back up plan”.

I honestly get the concept of not reaching for prospects but at some point you need to look at your roster and realize you don’t even have enough guys to make it through practice. There had to be some low rated guys with potential they could have signed and developed as “projects”. And if they don’t pan out and you find someone better 2 years down the road, process them like bama.

In the grand scheme of things Joyner is big enough 6’3 220 to provide some of the stuff Chatfield would have been able too . He can play rush end if need be on passing downs. Really like his ability at the line of scrimmage
