Maybe his name can be in the mix for the post-Golden era in 2016.

Doesn't meet the qualifications...he knows too much about being a DB to be a "good coach" under golden. As a result he will not trend in the correct direction
 
Rumph doesn't know how to coach the "play 12 yards off the line" technique defense. Would not be a good fit
