I think one of the key takeaways to me, and I believe Shannon was like this too, is that everyone at UM is trying to be too NFL, from the players to the coaches, which leads to the wrong mentality for the players as they are just focusing on things to get to the next level and not to win championships, and the coaches implementing concepts that are more pro based than college, we need more amateurism back at the U, people would be surprised how much things in college can still be very high school because you have better players 80% of the time, time to simplify things and let the horses pull the sleigh
