I wasn't on the 'Fire Rumph' bandwagon until this year. I believed his coaching and development of players compensated, to some extent, for his inability to recruit. But, I lost hope after this most recent class where we failed to sign any true CBs. He had way too many opportunities and fell short year after year.

With that said, if (and that's a big "if") he could not sign the type of player he wanted and was constantly overruled on recruiting decisions, then he should NOT be the only one shown the door.

Idk why y'all find it so hard to believe that Manny Diaz has been the final decision on what CB's get offered and pursued and NOT Rumph. Idk what other proof y'all need. There's a former CB (that played under Diaz) who literally said he thinks Rumph is relegated to coach and not recruit.
