Idk why y'all find it so hard to believe that Manny Diaz has been the final decision on what CB's get offered and pursued and NOT Rumph. Idk what other proof y'all need. There's a former CB (that played under Diaz) who literally said he thinks Rumph is relegated to coach and not recruit.

Getting rid of Rumph was not the top priority. Getting rid of Baker is. If no significant changes are made then firing Rumph alone is just like placing a bandaid on a gunshot wound.
