This is a bad hire SF. The reason OSU was bad is he couldn't recruit. Average won't do it for Nebraska. I give him 3 years and he will be toast.

Riley also develops talent, look at Jalen Grimble, he was a JAG here and couldn't crack lineup but yet was a difference maker after being coached up by Riley.
