Washington State speaks for itself, unless you have never been. It's VERY hard to draw top recruits there.

If you watched the game the offense completely gave that ball away with the silly fumbles. I wouldn't hire leach as the HC but he sure as **** would've put more points against Central Michigan. If you had the option to go back and knew what you know now, would you hire Leach or Manny?

Here he would be fighting Bama, UGA, Clemson, Ohio St, UF, FSU, LSU, etc for the top end guys, though, so at best our talent level would be the same as it is now.

The offense would be deadly, though. Leach would have us ranked every year, some top 10 finishes, but he would bump up against his ceiling and not be able to get over the hump. Then he would probably blow a 30-something point lead like he did tonight, then give some weird, half-baked press conference about a bizarre species of sea cucumber or some nonsense, and it would enrage our boards until we start flying banners.

You are missing the point. Neither Manny or Leach are winning an NC anytime soon. You need a team full of 4 and 5 stars to win a natty. Thats a fact. No team has even made the playoffs loaded with 3 stars. Its not happening.

My point is. If Manny can leave the next coach a bunch of 4 stars. We will be better off than Leach leaving us a bunch of 3 stars and some coastal championship trophys.
