We need Leach as our Athletic Director - and he'll be great at public relations - or at least - unforgettable.

Can you imagine his conversations with a UM Head Coach after losing to GT? Or FIU?

Leach has been a head coach at a D1 school for 18 seasons. His overall record is 139-89. The record of the various corching staphs here at Da "U" the past 18 seasons? 142-83. How about those vaunted double digit win seasons? Leach has two. UM ...Gasp! Three! What about number of seasons with 9 wins or more? Leach... Seven. UM... Eight. Seasons with 8 victories or more? Leach... Twelve. Da "U"? ...Nine.

In 18 years, Leach has only two losing seasons. UM... One. Number of wins over the then #1 team in the country? Leach... One. UM... Zero.

Other accomplishments of Leach:

AFCA Coach of the Year (2018)
George Munger Award (2008)
Woody Hayes Trophy (2008)
2× Pac-12 Coach of the Year (2015, 2018)
Big 12 Coach of the Year (2008)

Yeah, I'd hire Leach. Give him a shot with the stipulation that he hire an accomplished DC who runs an aggressive, attacking style of defense. He's done about the same as our last four clown shows with much less.

Here is the case study in why Miami sucks.

We have fans that do not care if a coach is actually good, but rather that he talks, dresses, or tweets in a “cool” manner.

I swear more people root for the off the field **** at Miami than the on field ****. Its pathetic.

Dude is so sensitive. He gets on players for being too soft and flashy but he’s been the softest on any team he’s ever been on

So are you saying coach leach is not a good coach, what was jimmy johnson's headcoaching record before he got to Miami. You really should change your name, nothing i've seen you type represents your name, you sound clueless to what real Miami football actually is. If you think coach leach wouldnt have been a good fit here, you sir dont know football, so carry on!
