According to 247sports, the old staff offered him, Mark Richt re-offered him, and he has Miami on top right now.
Nike/Hudl has him at 5'10 145lb's and a 4.54
247sports has him at 5'10 170 lb's and a 4.4

How's he compare to Emmanuel Greene?

Faster, but smaller.
Think of Greene as the Ahmmon Richards of this class while Harley is the Bruce.
Nope, Greene plays nothing like ahmmon Richards... 2 extremely different types of receivers(Richards and Greene). Would rather have Greene than Harley but you can't take both imo

I meant in terms of build/speed, and the role they would play as WR's on the team

-Just double checked both players and I was still wrong...Still expect Greene to compete for the same spot as Richards while Harley will compete for PT at the slot

Astro...The Miami Nike Combine where they measure and weight them had him a 5-9.5 and 144 last February...Hopefully he has grown some in a year. The STA roster currently has him and 5-10 and 160. But he has speed as a sophomore last year ran the national elite standard for the 200m.

You do know Emanuel Greene is about 1 inch taller than Sam Bruce and smaller than him right? Richards is 6'2

This staff going for speed and ability. Harley will probably be even faster given more time to develop. Phillip Dorsett was probably at the same size and speed when he was at STA.

He looks taller and bigger than Dorsett, but not as fast. He has Excellent hands and is NOT afraid of contact. Fantastic technique and timing blocking down field. He would be a fine addition to our team.

he is talking about in terms of best available in south florida richards was 1 bruce was 2

Emmanuel Greene is wayyyyyy better than Harley Jr. I can't believe he's a take for us.

I went to a few STA games and dont even know who Harley is. I will say they had 4 legit D1 WRs (Grimes, Bruce, Hopkins, Irvin) last year so maybe he got lost in the fold.

I am not going to jump to conclusions regarding Greene yet because everyone know my thoughts on his ability and potential..but obviously the tea leaves seem to be written. And we dont need two of "this kind of WR" in the same class. (very small but fast and a playmaker in the slot).. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Boy Is SPEED.

Like lightning fast. I see Richt is set on being FAST and I'm not mad. A Miami team that is super fast is super scary.

UM needs desperately to return to the days of maximizing the speed advantage that we should have based upon our recruiting base.

Somewhere along the way, we got lost and caught up in this "we need to get bigger" bullshyt. You even see the dopey fans parroting that lame "he needs to gain weight" every time a lighter player is mentioned.

Diaz has said this in every interview he's done. We will see the results, but I don't think he's giving lip service.

I've noticed that too. At first, I thought he was just pandering to the fans hoping for a return to the glory days. But I get the feeling he buys in based on some of the moves we've made in defensive recruiting since he got here.

We need to be fast first. Fast above everything else because that's how we can win the most with the guys we have the best access to. I never understood the mentality of some of the HCs here who tried to make us a plodding Big 10 type of team.

Harley is incredibly talented. Runs superior routes and has moves that will put defenders in the dirt. I was a skeptic at first but then saw him in game and against some of the top competition in South Florida at SFE... Kid is legit. Big fan of his and you'll only see his value trend upwards. Him and Greene would be deadly in the slots.
