Might be nothing but worth noting

Idk how good of a coach he would be, but I do know that safeties would be lining up to come to Miami...

Who has been our safety coach, I always thought the DB coach did both?

It was like that at Miami because dsh*tfrio sat his *** down and only was a defensive coordinator and did not have a dedicated position so we had to had a db coach who coached both positions. Most schools either split the dend and dtackle position with 2 coaches like Fsu with Odell haggins and Brad lawing or have a safety and cornerbacks coach

Reed, Vilma and Dorsey.

Those are the 3 from the Butch years who could end up being solid coaches if they all choose to go that route....

Dorsey's already doing fine...

If Reed does end up coaching safeties, I think he'll do well....

And there are a couple of top-ranked DBs from Louisiana this year...

And there are 2 DTs from his old HS, Destrehan that we're in contact with - Logan and .....can't remember the other fellow's name...(he's listed as a guard on some databases)

Recent Twitter follows. Both Baez and Diaz recently started following Ed Reed and Ed reed started following Mark Richt. Could be nothing just passing on the Twitter follows

My favorite player of all time.

Would be the world's most valuable GA.

Ed Reed followed Mark Richt? Wow that means he's gonna coach for us. I followed Richt yesterday so when should I expect to receive my contract?

You have to have a college degree to be a position coach.

He was here 5 years and besides, ever heard of Ice Harris?

Ice had to get his degree like everyone else.....

"Harris expects to receive his business degree in May 2015, which would put him in line for any available assistant coach’s position at UM — or most schools, for that matter."

Yes but he was still allowed to be a position coach as long as he was working on it.

Nobody has any idea how good of a coach he will be, but one would imagine he would be a **** of a recruiter. Perfect scenerio imo would be you get a expirienced CB voach, and give Reed safety coach. Thats out the window with our recent hires but oh well. Heres to hoping he can be around in some capacity. Would love to see E Reed in the sidelines. U guys think T Rob is a good recruiter? What do you think E Reed would do?
