Whoever hires this man on a P4 level gets whatever is coming to them. The man needs to rehabilitate himself big-time. Give him a 2nd chance at a lower level if he doesn't blow it and let him prove himself. At the same time, I wouldn't trust him 10 years from now around woman in general, much less the work place, so their is that. I want to be forgiving, but I am no fool either. He really screwed up.

He’s probably not going to need a job anytime soon because he’s about to turn around and suit MI for firing him.
 
Didnt we try to bring him in as a TE coach at some point? Mario's first year I believe but Michigan bumped him to OL & Co-OC or something
