And they still won't get him. He won't leave the NFL without winning a Super Bowl. Won't let his brother outdo him. NFL will always be able to offer more money and perks and no recruiting.
 
When you fill a stadium with 109-110K 6-7 weekends a football season you can offer that kind of money.

Personally he should jump at this. SF isn't happy with him right now.
 
I don't believe there is an $8 million per year offer to Harbaugh. I do believe his people love to have that "information" out there to force NFL hands now.

Define "sources".
 
i'm surprised san francisco wants to dump him he had them in the nfc title game 3 years in a row, he turned them around immediately
 
im willing to bet that this offer was leaked by harbaugh or his camp to gain leverage. i doubt he takes the UM job.

A Adidas got some fly **** and they comfortable, and i think there cleats are lighter then nikes i like the idea i mean Miami is a brand of its own so we don't really need no apparel company to make us, ima buy Miami gear regardless of the fact, plus we could us them 3 mill extra for a new coach or indoor practice field i love this move not lets go get that TV Contract...
 
My guess is this is Michigan leaking this trying to appease their fans knowing full well that Harbaugh has no interest in leaving the NFL.

It would be the most insane downgrade in jobs in coaching history.

Most of the colleges we talk about related to Football have GiNormous endowments in the hundreds of millions

I agree with you. Totally floated info from his agent. Michigan has been notoriously cheap paying HCs relative to what they could afford.
