Michigan fined for ref criticism

The OP and the rest of the Michigan fan base on this site won't stand for that. You guys should fly a banner.
 
I thought this was America? I guess this "new America" discourages disagreement of systemic issues. NCAA is a dictatorship with arcane and archaic rules. they also engage in hypocritical practices all in the name of amateurism and student athletes.

The NCAA is the schools. They do what the schools have told them to do. They don't invent fines on their own.
 
They blew their lead and left it in the hands of the ref-- avoid 2 of those RZ turnovers and win the game in regulation.
 
I respect Jim for calling the refs out they missed some important calls that could of turned the game in Michigan favor I would be ****ed to hey I'm still mad about that Ohio state game and that was more then ten years ago.
 
This always happens when coaches publicly lambaste officials.

But carry on with the shock and awe.

Apparently these people are new to press conferences and college football.

The fines are in place so that every coach in America isn't going off on the officials in every press conference.

Ithought for sure it would be a record. 500k or something. They hand out 25k fines like candy for a marginal hint at ref criticism. Harbaugh went off. Dude gave a 45 minute PowerPoint presentation
 
Apparently people on here don't follow college football. You blatantly criticize refs after game, you're guaranteed a fine. Doesn't matter whether you agree with it or not. It's just a fact. It will happen every time. Pay attention people.
 
Good for him. It's about time these ****** refs get called out. I hope a deep pocketed booster pays the fine and every future fine.

******* refs always get protected. Those guys deserve every ounce of criticism directed their way.
