This kid Michael O'Connor needs to get a call from Coley if UM misses on 2014 QB Brad Kaaya.

Michael O’Connor, 6-4, 205, IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL): O’Connor won the Quarterback MVP award and clearly distanced himself from the competition at Orlando's NFTC. The Canadian-born prospect came to the states (to play for the Baylor School in Chattanooga, TN) less than a year ago and recently transferred to IMG to learn under former Heisman Trophy winner Chris Weinke. The interest in O’Connor is picking up rapidly as BCS programs like Michigan State, South Florida, Rutgers and Vanderbilt have offered. (MSU is out they took commit). The only issue may be Weinke's bias toward UM (lmao). The kid is smart he managed to skip a grade in High School even with transferring to 3 different schools.

I think Pedo State leads UF really liked him until he decided to change from 2015 to 2014. Dont see why Miami wouldn't check him out

He is competitive fire is definitely proven in constant transfering to upgrade his exposure an level of competition. I hope UM takes a long look at him, also he says he wants to commit by end spring so he can help build a strong class by helping to recruit other players. UM needs that player leadership to help close out some key spots in this class.

I like what I am seeing here. Great height, game arm and for as young as he is with skipping a grade, made some pretty good decisions in that video. He also made a few S.Morris rifle shot into triple coverage too but that can be fixed! LOL

I came across this article and it was a very interesting regarding O'Conner Vs. White Vs Edouard (who checked in at 6'1 175lbs wow those measurable's are a little scary). I am hoping Edouard has a growth spurt (LOL). It seems Chris Weinke is coaching up O'Conner quite nicely, and teaching him to compensate for not having elite arm strength.

Lets see how this all plays out, I am hoping UM starts recruiting this kid. I am wondering what Offer he is really waiting for, I would have thought it was the Michigan State offer but he had that one for a long time and still looked around. He was a Dolphins fan growing up and didn't really follow college football, so I am thinking the lore of playing for UM would definitely be enticing and place UM in his Top 3 if he where offered.

Does he also play NT?

No why would you ask such a simple question, considering the title of this Thread. Or was that supposed to be an anemic attempt at sarcasm. Either way you should Negative comment yourself for it.

Booooooooooo Canada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will say this about he maybe from Canada, but just like all the other former canes UM has had from Canada he doesn't play around. Wow here is a surprise O'Conner said he is committing in June so he can help build a good class where ever he commits. I am hoping UM gets in on him soon to give him something to think about.
