Love coach Hartley, as a TE coach and recruiter. But as a Special Teams coach...

Miami 2018 Special Teams Efficiency Rank - 122 out of 130 teams.
Good Lawd. Time to give Hartley a promotion to Recruiting Coordinator and lets go find a proven veteran Special Teams coach that can coach one of the following: CBs, QBs, or "Strikers".
Richt better resolve this in the off-season, too many guys collecting checks here and we blow at Special Teams - Rumph, Richt Jr, or Patke, U on the clock.. Can you imagine how much better we would be as a team if we went and got a lights out Cornerbacks coach that could actually recruit and coach Special teams? One change, huge difference.
