I'm fairly certain multiview is not available on PC or Mac OS. I believe they just added the functionality to iOS, because I saw it for the first time today. I don't see anything on my Mac that allows me to enter multiviewer, but could be user error.

Thanks for checking. I asked MS Copilot and ChatGPT, too, and they said the same. Hopefully YTTV gets it working for PC. It would be a game changer for streaming. I'd pay $20 more a month for that feature.
