Canes outscored TarHeels 242-197 in 3 wins last year. Little bit of a different team we have this year.

UNC is coming off a loss at Wake so look for them to come out hungry and focused. They have some impressive wins against Sparty and Kentucky, but have some awful losses against Belmont and UAB.

Tonye still not scoring, but actually somewhat of an offensive and defensive presence tonight.

Very disappointing earlier in the year, but has come on strong past couple of games.

Coach L is doing an even better job this year coaching , the roster is quite bad.

He has them playing hard as ****, scrappy.

The transfers, Elder , griffin( hopefully) , Burnett and the recruiting class should have us back in buisness next season.
 
6 point lead at the half at Chapel Hill. This team is starting to come together and learning their roles. They almost beat Syracuse and now they are threatening the Heels. They won't make it to the NCAA this year but they are a dangerous team for anybody.

A month ago could anyone have imagined we would have leads at the Carrier and Dean Dome in the second half?

So excited for next year.
 
This is called making a team play above their talent , not the opposite . Not that I'm taking a shot at any other coach or coordinators.
 
9 point lead with 16 min left. It's been a crappy week so this would really perk me up a bit! Go Canes!
