They're not beating Oklahoma or Mizzou.

They probably beat Kentucky.

Auburn & South Carolina are toss ups, although South Car has a far better roster than Florida.

Vanderbilt is a bit of a toss up as well.

Clark Lea has completely revitalized their program & raised their competitive floor of talent. They've recruited pretty well for their standards & had some good Defensive adds via Portal.

They'll be starting a TF QB, so that could be the major drawback for Vandy, but otherwise, they will probably be a tough out for UF.

The whole schedule outside of FAU/Campell & FSU will be a toss up lol and even then FSU is @Doak. I just think that program is dead and won’t be up for the game.

I’m leaning towards 6-6 for UF considering they’re QB will be a worse version of Haynes King but I expect 3 SEC wins somewhere in that schedule just because.

Auburn/Vandy & UK are the most likely wins but I don’t expect them to win all 3 of those and I still expect 1 win somewhere that should’ve been a loss.

Even under Napier they had fluke wins out of nowhere

OU & Missouri were both frauds last season, not that they can’t be better this year but I think they’ll both lose games they shouldn’t.

Lagway & Napier held UF back ALOT, it was amazing to see. Unfortunately both of them are gone.

We will see if summeral can be better than Napier but even Napier had at least one top 25 win each year.

2022 - #7 Utah
2023 - #11 Tennessee
2024 - #22 LSU & #9 Ole Miss
2025 - #9 Texas

ALL of these were home games, so if history is any indication than I’d expect them to beat either Ole Miss or OU, I think Ole Miss has too good of a offense for UF to keep up with. IF an upset is to happen in UFs favor it will be OU.

Best case scenario is UF goes 5-7/6-6 and upsets a top 10 SEC team to ruin their playoff hopes and give UF fans hope that summral is it (he isn’t)

I totally get your rationale based on past history, but even taking my hate Florida glasses off, I am skeptical of those two particular games. Missouri at home is not an easy out for a transitional team like Florida, especially because we really don’t know what G5 Johnny’s bringing to the table (also considering their limited quarterback), and OU you is easily a top 10 team, as much as I dislike their head coach.

Think they end up at 7-5. Losses to UGA, Texas, OU, Mizzou, and 1 of Aub/Vandy/Scar/UK.

They’re underestimating the production they’ll get out of either of their QBs

I think they beat Auburn, loses to Missouri. Miami would still go 11-1 with that schedule btw

If the rallying cry of the SEC superiority isn't enough to make the ACC people realize that knee capping Miami has killed their conference then nothing will. Having a 7-5 Duke team win your conference because you can’t devise a sensible conference title game metric is peak ineptitude. These arrogant pricks just assumed that Duke UNC was too big to fail and that they could rely on Clemson football and a tenuous association with ND to keep them afloat. Well they are ****ed now and it is well deserved. Patiently waiting for the inevitable announcement that we are leaving this dead man walking conference.
