Miami vs Liberty bowl matchup.

How would we fair in playing St.Thomas Aquinas or some top South Florida high school team , this isn't a joke with the weak defeated mindset now entrenched could we really give a big high school team a fight?

Don't laugh remember when the the college all star team would play a NFL team every year or how college baseball teams would play an MLB team like Canes BB would play the Marlins.

Could we beat a top Florida HS team ?

Liberty is no slouch , I never thought I'd think I ever say this about a Canes team but it is what it is , I think we could beat Liberty it won't be easy but it's possible.

I’ve been to Liberty as I’ve spent an extended period of time in Lynchburg. The fact that we would be matched up with them, or even lose to them, given where they are located and who they are recruiting vs our location and recruiting, is beyond sobering.
 
I can only imagine Duke saying , look we WILL NOT lose to a Div II Cane team on our home turf it would be embarrassing run it up , send them on the play Liberty.

I'm embarrassed to admit I thought our defense had solidified to the point if being competitive.

Never predicted victory though. Just thought the defense could keep them in it.

It hurts to not have any faith in the team I love.

It’s the 2019 305 payback tour. All those dade kids we didn’t recruit and the coach we didn’t hire are coming back to haunt us this year.
Buckshot is dropping over 3 benjis on us.

The best thing to come out of Lynchburg is Jack Daniels. If we play The American Taliban in a bowl game, I may have to drink some to help not remembering the experience.

BTW, there are two Lynchburgs? And here all this time I thought Liberty had its own special kind of ****, being down the street from a place that made the temptation that is Jack Daniels. In the words of Sherrif Taggart in Blazing Saddles, “I am depressed”.

UVA beat Liberty 55-27, Syracuse 24-0 and Rutgers 44-34. If we lose to a team that lost to Rutgers........wait, we lost to FIU
