Definitely a slog to start but hard to expect otherwise from a team that’s never played together
 
I tried to do another Fubo free trial (like I did to watch the Miami-SMU debacle) but I keep getting an error. Ugh

I was hoping to group together Shelton and Gaskins next year. But, I see now Shelton is 1 and done. Hes a lot more day 1 ready than Bethea was.
 
Defense hasn’t looked great. Offense is out of sink. Good players in foul trouble.

But it’s the first game.

I still don't think that's a foregone conclusion re: Shelton going pro after one year. He'll certainly be a far more impactful freshman than Jalil was but this upcoming draft is incredibly deep and he's incredibly close with Lucas/his family, so I'd imagine he'll lean towards coming back for another year unless he absolutely blows up this season.

Defense is fine. Offense shooting nearly 60% and on pace for over 80 points, but 7 turnovers is an issue. Can't shoot the 3 at all which was the big concern coming in.
