Miami vs FAU Defensive Highlights

Thanks for posting. I watched the first 5-10 plays and was shocked that they were all from the first quarter!! Polar opposite from last year.

Great to see the movement of the pass rush in terms of lanes/angles the players are rushing in. Lots of variety and this is only game 2!

Great to see Owens out there. Surprised at how quick Norton is off the snap in getting penetration. Mcintosh is a beast. Love watching carter in the box attacking the LOS/backfield. Jenkins is balling.

Thanks for this new thread, friend. I will now send it into the Mergevoid.

This Defense is going to be a top 10 D in 2-3 years. Nasty!

Finally, we get to see a speedy Miami defense. It's fun watching my team play for the first time in a decade.

9:15 of defensive highlights in 1 game. We didn't have 9:15 worth of highlights all of last year.

Mike Smith doesn't really look like a Miami linebacker does he?

Bethel looks athletic

Its going to be night and day recruiting for this defense. What defensive lineman or linebacker wouldn't want to play in this scheme?

So it really is every single defensive snap. That's not a highlight tape. Anyways, my favorite part is 8:10.

Pinck is what Eddie Johnson would've been. My God, Mike may be too much of a savage. Siiikkkeeeeee!

Way better in coverage and laterally and this is just the beginning. EJ was closer to what Shaq does filling and going downhill.

Pinkney is a surprising natural in coverage and in his steps. He's ahead of the other two guys there, though. He's randomly like a polished 28 year old man. It's a pleasure to watch. Not sure who coached him up in HS or growing up, but good stuff.

Wow @ some of the plays these Freshman LB's made. (as well as the Freshman DE's) There's a lot to be excited about in the next couple years.

And man we are athletic up front. There's a legit, serviceable 2-deep on the D-line.

I just love seeing everybody running around and getting off blocks. Very refreshing.

Diaz blitzes from all over. A lot of fronts, movements and stunts. Looks like he's a big fan of overloading one side as well.

Coach Diaz man you would think he was our 12th defender.
Dude is amped on that sideline after we make a play. Check after Redwine lowers the boom!
