****Miami vs. Boston College GAME THREAD****

How the heck did we end up with the terrible shooting European? With all of the great shooting Euros that are out there, we end up with this jabronie? Malovec is buns. Dude misses more wide open 3’s than any player that I’ve ever seen. The worst part is that he’s not even close on most of his attempts. They are bricks. Dude is a major liability. He makes one once in a while, and then keeps on shooting and bricking them, which costs us too many possessions.

Altuntas may just be the most uncoordinated and worst basketball player that I’ve seen in the last 30 years. How did he ever end up on our roster?

Our bench is killing us. I feel our starters are tournament quality. But any time any of them comes out (Udeh, stop getting into foul trouble please), we struggle. We also have work to do on fundamentals, especially free throws. There's still time.

No exaggeration, Altuntas might be the worst scholarship player we've had in 15 years.

Right up with the legends like Deng Gak, Rodney Miller, Ivan Uceda Cruz, Favour Aire, and Rapheal Akpejiori

I'm not feeling so optimistic about making the tournament, but if we pull off even one upset against one of the upcoming ranked teams, then maybe. Either way, we should finish the season somewhere around .500 in the ACC - which I'd count as a success after a dreadful season last year, a first year coach, and an entirely new roster. Some of the games have been tough to watch, and after Donaldson, Reneau, Henderson, some of the kids are probably playing above their heads. We know we're not a good shooting team, and without Tru our depth is more problematic. But they've been competitive and winning more often than not, which is great change from last year.
I understand your feelings but as long as our defense and rebounding remains solid then Miami should finish with 10+ wins in the ACC.
A much better and deeper ACC than last season.
Yes, the next 5 games will be huge but they are guaranteed losses.
Don't be surprised when Miami has a winning record over a few good NCAA tournament teams.

Is he really?
Yup
