..and it's pretty ridiculous for them to try and act as if the loss was because of Morris, the administration, or whoever else they want to whine about other than the players themselves. Our pitching straight up stunk against the Gators, from Suarez to the relievers, they all stunk that day, and our bats didn't make up for it. Teams sometimes have bad days.

No ones hating on the players. They do what the coaches tell them. It's the coaching that sucks and makes these games so difficult to watch.

So the coaches told our pitchers to pitch like crap in that game. Got it. They also told our hitters to have a bad game. Got it. Nice to see you have no idea how baseball is played. The worst team can beat the best team on any given day. That's why they play series and not single games. This team is one of only 8 teams out of the 302 Division 1 teams in college baseball that has reached the CWS. But yes, it's a disaster, it's the end of the world, they suck.
 
Only need to win 4 in a row. We have won 19 of 22 so its possible.

/not counting on it.
 
Interesting to notice that besides UF with Vandy losing all the favorites have lost.
 
So people are still going with "any given day" and "it's just one game". Problem is, we've been having "one bad game" on "any given day" at least twice in the post-season for 14 straight years. That's where the head coach comes in. Could we have a post-season in which we don't have two or three bad games in the post-season? Just one more time?
 
Enough with the diabolical propaganda. **** ruining CWS for us real fans. Go chain yourself to Blake James desk and protest or something.

I believe experience shows the answer lies in one of two possible places ---- a banner or yelling loudly about our football coach at an unrelated sporting event. Tried and true approach. The administration will have no choice but to give the deserved response.

To the CWS -- hoping CSF doesn't get screwed by the weather. Their pitcher was dealing yesterday prior to the game being postponed by rain. Would like to see them hold on for the win against Vandy.

Sorry to ruin the CWS for you, since apparently the 15-3 loss to our most hated rival didn't do that already.

Its like being down 20-0 in 1stQ of the Superbowl. Likely to win prolly not but far from over. I wanna see as many Wins by Canes in Omaha as i can. Im gonna enjoy the game and respect the hard work put in by players/coaches to get to this point and hope we can win.

Pretty typical of our newbie fans over the years....football is one thing, that takes a willingness to spend money on adequate coaching, not to mention the recruiting machine...we havent really done that in a while and the results speak for themselves.

Baseball is a pretty different animal. While I believe we may benefit from a younger, more hungry coaching style...timing is everything in baseball, and going cold can't really be predicted. Hard to argue that this team has never really been "dominant" at any point, and really pounded mostly subpar talent.

A great example of this irrational breed of "selective fan" was the other night as I commented on Morris not arguing what I considered to be a very poor balk call initiating the scoring for U***. Instead of debating the call, or why Morris should or should not argue such a call, these super fans go with....

"Yeah, Morris not arguing that call is why Florida scored all of those runs in the 4th"

Is there anything more daft than arguing a point that was never made? I mean, are these the idiots I face in court sometimes arguing facts when the judge asks for the law? Then, when asked again for the case law, starts arguing facts again?

Bottom line, always consider the source. There is a reason why certain posters are on the board EVERY SINGLE GAME...they couldn't find Mark Light on a map, but they will quote RPI, regional records and every other stat they can google, all while making you wonder why the **** they waste their time watching a product they appear to f-n hate more than their own miserable existence?!?! Hilarious...yet pathetic stuff.

Hey, FightinIbis, why don't you just explain your "Happy now?" comment in that thread. You made yourself look like an imbecile and have spent three days trying to talk your way out of it.

The biggest indictment against you is calling me a superfan, when 100% of the other posters here know that I am the complete opposite. Then you claim that a superfan couldn't find Mark Light and hate the product they are watching. You're all over the place and can't even avoid contradicting yourself. Maybe that's why real lawyers are out winning cases while you're on a Miami message board on a Monday afternoon.
