Miami v FIU game

I've been to the Pinstripe bowl 3 times and this set up looks better. Having the field running from the foul line at third to right field gets the majority of the stadium close to the field. At Yankee Stadium the field goes from home plate to centerfield as you get closer to the 50 it widens a lot from the fans so sitting in the lower section is not good for seeing the field.

If we're playing FIU we should play the game at their stadium. It should dissuade our AD from arranging such stupid away games.

FIU didnt want to play at their stadium bc they cant hold enough and this is the one home game theyd make a ton of money for.

Everything's always subject to change.....I like Butch but never said FIU can beat us there always garbage we should always rape coastal play and bums like UCF USF FIU FAU etc.

Also I said Saban would be the nail not Butch

Edit: if we win I like it if we lose I don't like it so anything can change. We can lose to FIU which is unlikely and I'll be like fire everyone

butch cant even beat lane lol.

That's what happens when your stuck at FIU and don't have the best athletes. I called him bombing there. It's sort of like Ed O would bomb at SC but at LSU and the infastructure they have he's doing well

so whats his excuse against FAU lol? same conference and FAU has less football success than FIU does

You’re a moron if you think that place is a dump.

For being one of the new era ballparks, it offers almost nothing unique or remotely interesting. Unless you consider the vast emptiness of the entire upper deck as it lofts with the smoke from the vendors cooking for the nightly 2500 people. Or how about the hideous bright yellow and green colors throughout the concourses or the POS "artwork" that Loria paid a few million dollars for to sit in center field before management removed it? How about the club level that offers nothing worthwhile or the rotating group of restaurants that change every season (sometimes even in the middle of the year as they cannot sustain profitably there and close)? At least its in a beautiful area! A corner of Miami so well renowned for food and bar options that they've had maybe 2 tenants in the shops connected to the stadium since the park's inception. You can call me whatever you like, but you must not get around very often if you actually believe Marlins Park is a state of the art venue.

Yeah, but I thought Butch was supposed to be finding all those 2-star diamonds in the rough with all that South Florida speed, and battling it out with FAU every year for domination of C-USA.

When u let the elite guys go and your playing with 3 stars and 2 it's really apples and oranges. It's why we lose to VT or have close *** games cause people can care less about ranking the regular players as long as they know who's elite. So u play with fire unless your getting 5 star transfers which I'm sure Lane does it's why Lane should always body FIU. But like I said those teams beat each other up for unranked players and they have to rely on school image money and alot of other factors. I never believed Butch was a elite gameday guy same with Saban they always out athletenu but really he's at F I Fuqin U

Who thought this was a good idea?

Pete Garcia. The same guy who wanted a title bump to Director of Sports & Entertainment because his ego would not allow him to be a mere Athletic Director at FIU. So shocked he couldn't keep his ego in check on this one and have a better game day experience for the fans.

EDIT: I somehow missed post No. 85 when I was ready through this, @TheOriginalCane, but you are right on the $.

Literally looks like a can-opener and school library with tubular columns and sh*tty paper machet decor everywhere. It's much closer to being a "dump" than "state of the art". Easily one of he worst experiences in MLB

You are a bigger moron if you don't think Marlin's Park is anything but a taxpayer scam. Marlin's didn't pay a penny and Jeff Loria's team value increased by $250 million thanks to Maimi taxpayers building his team a new stadium. And as soon as it was built, he tried to flip it.
