There's actually 4 scholarship TEs on the roster and none of them are seniors. It's going to be tough to try to convince a TE recruit who wants immediate playing time to sign on here. Even if the kid is really good, he's still at least 3rd string behind Jordan and Mallory next season.Basically we have 2 recruits on roster abd Still TE recruits this cycle don’t care. One is going to Florida and the other may stay home. We are like the ugly girl at the party.

So you don't think having a two freshman tight ends already on the roster impacts a recruits decision? You're looking at sitting on the bench for at least two years. Are you really counting anyone besides Mallory and Jordan? Seriously? So always the roster play against us? It goes beyond the roster..
That's absolutely a huge a factor. We have a true freshman in Jordan who looks like an absolute budding superstar, and also a true freshman in Mallory that looks good too. We may have two stud starting TEs for 3 years to come. Unquestionably that factors into a recruit TE's decision to come to Miami. Are you really counting anyone besides Mallory and Jordan? Seriously?
