Miami Should hire Bob Stitt as Offensive Analyst he could modernize coach Richt's play book as well be a sounding board for scheming against opponents throughout the season.

Let's face it coach Richt hired only yes men on the offensive side of t yhe ball that lack play calling skills. Stitt could coach up the staff in spread concepts and also develop route tree combos. A good leader surrounds themselves with people who are smarter than they are.

Stitt made 180k as HC at Montana. So if Miami offered him 80k + 20k housing stipend, and a golf club membership I think he would take it. As HC he was putiing 100 hours a week as an Analyst he would be putting in 20-40 hrs/wk an he would be in Miami.

Alabama and Clemson have an army of former Coordinators abd Head Coaches they hired as Analyst to do this very same thing.

Coach Richt is a good man , but he is not very creative in his play calling or scheme an needs help. An Stitt is the man that Mike Leach and Dana Hologerson call for offensive ideas an theory are two of the best spread offensive minds in college football.

I'm sure Montana is a sht hole, but don't you usually offer more than they are currently making?

Paranos, you always use the word "an" instead of "and".

Did "d" do something to upset you as a young person?

Would this guy have made Rosier hit wide open receivers? What about hitting receivers in stride? Could he have taught Rosier to go through his progressions like a real qb?

I have the pleasure of being a fan of a team that played against Stitt the last few years. I was very disappointed he was fired.

Do not want him here. Highly overrated, egomaniac.

Also, Montana is not a ****hole you ignorant peons.

Remember as a analyst all he has to do is develop schemes and his schemes are incredibly creative. Now having the players to execute them that's a different story, when his Montana teams were healthy and had their Qb's the offense was explosive.

I'm all for getting the underrated guy but Stitt does not have a track record in the FBS.

Did you miss the part that this is the guy that Mike Leach and Dana holgorsen go to for help with their offense. His plays and concepts are spread all over FBS for years.

When coach Rick needs advice on his offense, and often he does, my suggestion is he hire Paramus as a research and employment assistant to help him find a cadre of hidden gems willing to work for 80k a year and a carton of trail mix. He should also name Paramus lead employment-negotiator-in-Chief.

As a Grizzly alumni I may have something
to offer on this topic.
The University of Montana has experienced
serious issues over the past few years. The school
and it’s football team are demoralized.
Coach Stitt has a great offensive mind but at
this time is not head coach material.
He would be a great hire for us and as an analyst he would help Miami’s
very predictable offense flourish.

* anybody who describes Missoula or Montana
as anything else than God’s country is either
delusional or ignorant.

Couldn’t agree more.

I’ve always wanted to visit that part of the country. Been all over but never there.

No secret what I think of Richt's scheme and play calling, so anybody who can help would be good. Richt is a generation behind in his scheme. Think how good we could be with much better Olinemen, rb and wr coming in, if we had a dynamic OC.

Yea, having receivers running wide open is terrible offense. We instead need those receivers to go in motion, fake a jet sweep handoff and then run wide open for Malik to miss them anyways. We need an accurate QB not a gimmick offense. I wish we would hire a 10th coach so all of these speculative threads about each posters guy they want hired would disappear for awhile.

The play calling reflected the abilities of the QB, including ability to read defenses. Motion reduces the time for a presnap read
